GM Windows did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our 10 windows. George and his team were very friendly and professional. They were always on time, no messing about, they got the job done. The windows are high quality and their workmanship is excellent with attention to detail. Great communication and they would tidy up after themselves. I would very highly recommend them.

The hotel was great, rooms where neat and tidy with teas and coffees available in the rooms. Bathrooms where modern and clean with my room only having a shower.
The in reception is automated (not my personal favourite) but they do have a staff member at the desk.
Meals are available at the on site restraunt and overall I was pleasantly surprised.
There is a gym and pool on site and appears to be very popular. There is a large managed parking area to accommodate the guests and visitors. Recommended.

We stayed for a night but wished we booked a day longer!
The hotel has a medieval style which I liked, it reminded me of Alton Towers!
Great hotel, the room was great, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Me and my partner booked 2 massage treatments for 60 mins. i recommend booking in advance as we couldn't get our treatments together. so, we had to wait around for one another, but no issues as we waited in the hotel bar and had a few drinks 😋. I also recommend booking over 60-minute treatments as the time goes quickly.
Our best experience was the hydro pool and the steam room area. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed!
The hotel is dog friendly we witnessed a few dogs in the bar area. The food was ok and probably the only downside of the stay. Limited options and nothing really exciting on the food menu.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend visiting. We will be back...
