I have previously stayed in the property for a wedding and this time chose to stay there for a family gathering locally.

The room I was allocated was over looking the countryside and was on the ground floor, it was comfortable, had free WiFi, the shower was great and had ample tea and coffee facilities, the bed was a little hard for my liking and had a rough nights sleep.

During my stay there was a wedding and another private function which took up most of the hotel, this resulted in a lack of places to pre drink and we were advised that we had to vacate the bar prior to the private party arriving, if we wouldn’t have been going out in the evening I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have been happy about this, surely there should be some other bar facilities available?

When we arrived back at the hotel around midnight there was quite a number of people who were attending one of the functions outside the reception, for anyone who was along the front of the hotel I think they would have been in for a rough nights sleep, the corridors during the night were very loud, I can’t see how the hotel can do anything about this.

I would certainly recommend the property, I would stay here again and I think that during the week this place would be bliss

What a lovely hotel. I stayed here for a wedding I attended. Beautiful food. The room was lovely, I could have stayed in the power shower all day. The whole place had a good feeling of quality and attention to detail. Friendly staff too and they can’t do enough for you.

We stayed at this hotel at Easter for a friend's wedding and enjoyed an excellent stay...

The hotel has 37 modern bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and for special occasion or business meeting it offers a choice of three function rooms...

This hotel was opened by Sir Alex Ferguson almost 10 years ago... it is stylish & comfortable with good views over the surrounding countryside...

Oscar’s bar/restaurant offers a fantastic menu and is open daily for lunch and dinner... plenty of parking is also available...

The bedrooms have all mod coms with flat screen TVs, spacious beds & bathrooms, ironing boards, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, etc...

The breakfasts offer plenty of choice with something for everyone - fruits, cereals, cold meats, toast, cooked breakfasts, etc...

What makes this hotel even more special with that extra sparkle is the staff... they are attentive, helpful, and will do anything for you... they made the wedding we attended a wonderful occasion for all...

The Red Hall Hotel and it's staff are well worth a visit, plus this is a grest venue for a wedding or special occasion... highly recommended...

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic our wedding was here this month.
Firstly the staff are amazing, nothing is too much to ask and they are organised beyond belief. From booking the venue and sorting details with Donna, to the Megan on reception who I emailed countless times with different queries. Warren Co-ordinated our day and this took so much pressure and worry off, everything was totally stress free I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful day. I’d also like to say Josie (bar/waiting staff) is fantastic and even took it upon herself to surprise our flower girl with a box of unwanted Elsa goodies which was such a lovely touch .

Food is lovely, not one guest was unhappy with any part of our wedding breakfast or evening buffet. Food piping hot (which is mostly unheard of when catering for a large group).
Accommodation is very reasonable for the lovely modern rooms and breakfast included which was gorgeous.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering a wedding venue, it was simply a perfect day thanks to all involved at the Red Hall.

The Red Hall was my son's & his ,now, wife's wedding venue.
I cannot speak highly enough of all the aspects of the day.
All the staff are hard working and very friendly.
The service received was impeccable.
The wedding and evening reception room were beautifully arranged and nothing was to much trouble.
The quality of the food , not only wedding meal but also breakfast, was of excellent quality and the service was outstanding.
The bedrooms are comfortable, well equipped and reasonably priced.
The management should be proud of all their staff as they are some of the most hard working, friendly and efficient service staff I have ever encountered.
Well done again to all at the Red Hall ...

Went to a wedding at Red Hall this weekend. What a fantastic venue. It was not a large occasion but it was made to feel it. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The bedrooms were excellent spacious and very clean. Everything went so smooth. The food was delicious and served hot. Would recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion as they had voice of rooms for your event.

I stayed here on business. What a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. The room was great with everything you would need including an iron & ironing board, clean & tidy, nice clean bathroom and a shower with very good water pressure (only problem for me is it has fixed shower head with no diverter, not great if you don't want to get your hair wet but I did use the shower cap provided).
We ate in the restaurant for dinner, there is a good selection on the menu & it was cooked to perfection, excellent. The highlight of the dinner was our waiter, very comical (he reminded me of Peter Kaye) brilliant service, thank you.
Breakfast is a great selection of cold buffet, cereals, pastries, meats, juices etc with a nice choice of hot cooked food.
Every member of staff I came across were helpful, polite & attentive but not over bearing. A credit to the business.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend.

We stayed one night and it was so wonderful. Joseph at the bar and Daniel the night porter could not have been more obliging and friendly. The manager was in reception and greeted us with a smile. Room had a view of the fields. We went out to the garden with a drink and sat in the little romantic wooden cubby hole. We would come back!!!

We stayed here for three nights over the weekend. It is our second visit. The hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment recently and it has a stylish boutique feel to the rooms and public areas. There are lots of little touches in the room, which make guests feel very welcome. The staff are super friendly and efficient. The gardens are lovely and there is plenty of parking. It is ideally situated, north of Bury near to the M66 motorway, so it is really easy to get to other towns and cities in the North West. Locally, visit Ramsbottom and Rawtenstall, two vibrant towns linked by a steam railway. These towns too have undergone a regeneration and are well worth a visit. Lancashire is a beautiful place to explore and the Red Hall is a great place to stay.
