A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff
Location was very good . Central for all our needs.. Also local taxi service was very good & was clean, on time & reasonable

Lovely stay for the night with friendly staff.
We loved the personalised touch as we were celebrating a friends birthday - when we checked in our room had cake! Really friendly and accommodating staff and a very comfy night's sleep!
The main pool was not very warm as part of the spa facilities.

Overall, I did enjoy my stay I would come back again
I like the room outside because it was near to the entrance of the hotel. It just needs updating. Apart from that everything else in the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was nice and the evening we had was nice
The only thing I didn’t like was, I only had a shower and no bath. Apart from that the room was a little old, just needed updating.

The Reception staff were Amazing!!!!
I arrived at midnight with 4 bags and an asleep 4-year old on my shoulder. The staff carried all the bags to the room & prepared my son’s bed for me!! stray hairs on the bathroom floor
Fire alarm went off briefly three times during the stay - once at 11pm
