Visited for a Spa day. All the staff were pleasent. The food was plentiful . Facilities were good and it wasn't too busy. I feel that i really relaxed that day. This was an excellent first experience of what a Spa day should be.

Beautiful place, looks like a luxurious castle. Very spacious with all necessary facilities. Highly recommended for a stay if you're looking for the great service and accommodation.

Hotel was nice. Lack of lobby and bar to get a drink was a setback. Room was nice, but we didn't have any tea making facilities, the plastic cups in the bathroom were broken so was left thirsty in the room. Would stay again though if needed

It's very nice from the moment you drive up the impressive driveway. The staff are friendly and professional and the service is always good. They have a gym and pool and nice bar area. The rooms are very nice also.
