I honestly cannot recommend Carco highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely outstanding.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Kamyab. He is genuinely exceptional and one of a kind. His professionalism, patience, honesty, kindness, and dedication went far beyond what I could have expected. He made the whole experience so easy and stress-free, and it was clear that he truly cared about helping me rather than simply making a sale. Kamyab is absolutely brilliant at what he does, and Carco is incredibly lucky to have someone like him on their team. I am genuinely grateful for everything he did and cannot thank him enough.
I would also like to give a huge thank you to the Carco repairs/service department for their excellent work, professionalism, and support. They were extremely helpful and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
And finally, a very big thank you to Ms. Heidi for her kindness, help, and excellent customer service. She was wonderful throughout the process.

Great service from the aftersales and service team when having my car serviced. I purchased the 3 year service plan when I bought the car from Car Co Bury, and the service has been great. Heidi & Julia were excellent, and the waiting room was very nice. All staff were friendly. Thanks

Stayed here a few years ago and was impressed with the refurbishment. As stated breakfast was awful
Staff were very helpful on reception when booking in as I needed to change rooms as I wanted a room with a bath.
Staff were very friendly.
I did not use the spa so I cannot comment. The breakfast was the big disappointment.
I had a full breakfast , which when it arrived was virtually cold. The tea was also tepid when delivered.
The hash browns overcooked.
Not much bacon on the plate. mushroom looked shrivelled
I wanted marmalade. there were no jars and the machine for squeezing out the marmalade was either stuck or empty.

The Hotel was very nice the food was outstanding treatment was amazing I was unable to use the pools but they looked great beds were so comfy shower nice and hot
The only thing was there lift was working so the stairs were a bit difficult
