In general the hotel was what I've come to expect from village, clean curious and very well presented with attentive and helpful staff. 1 word of caution for this location if your an early night or have an early start, 1 wing of the rooms is directly above the bar area and is very noticeable until closing, just be mindful if you have an early night/start about which floor they put you on (we were first floor) and request to be moved to higher floor or the other side which staff were happy to accommodate. Shared a lovely afternoon with work friends at the Grease Vs Dirty dancing do, we laughed so much had a boogie fell over and laughed some more. What a beautiful setting lovely room (cottage) extremely comfortable bed 👍🏻.
Spa access was fabulous beautiful spa pool and a range of steam rooms/sauna.
All the staff that we came into contact with were extremely helpful.
Breakfast was so GOOD the Cumberland sausage YUM good quality produce.
Didn’t want to leave to be honest well done everyone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 we shall be back x

The staff are great, they offer a consistent high level of service. Hygiene and health and safety practices are excellent. It is rare any facilities are out of use for example the sauna and poolside jacuzzi. The opening hours are good and I have recommended new members who are pleased too with their membership. Great hotel but the real show stopper is the staff, special shout out to Irene. I honestly believe people will come back for her outstanding customer service alone. The hotel itself has everything you need. We're back and forth to Manchester every few months and we will only book this hotel from now on. Thanks again Irene for your impeccable warmth and unbelievable customer service. You throughly go above and beyond.

A very good service from this company starting with the video survey and ending with the collection of empty boxes at the end of our moving house journey. The quote was good. The comms with Patrick and Julian was always excellent too. We chose the packing service as this removes quite a bit of stress from house moving! Although a bottle of Armani aftershave worth about £65 went missing (even though the loose plastic base from the bottle got packed?!) we were compensated without question.
