The staff were amazing, everyone I met were friendly helpful and pleasant. Whilst the bedroom was clean and the bed comfy I was a bit disappointed that the carpet had seen better days and there was a fair amount of dust on the shelf of the wardrobe which I removed before using. In fact, there was a lot of dust all over the wooden surfaces that I went past.
I took advantage of the Drop Inn and the Bakehouse, both served delicious food.

Such a great experience with Fortis from measurement to installation.
John was out within a couple of days to measure up and provided a quote a few days afterwards.
Installation was booked in to the timeframe we were provided. The installation took place over two days and was done to an incredible standard, the team were friendly and professional with everything cleaned up once the installation was finished.
We are so happy with the result and cannot recommend the team enough.

Our recent big trip to Asia was coordinated to our bespoke wants and needs with advice guidance and support throughout with changes as they happened and were needed. She is always easily contactable and available when needed and puts in all those little extra touches that makes it feel special. The range and extent of what she can offer and advise on is vast from day trip trips to short haul to long haul she has it covered

I went for a Spa day with my daughter, we had a lovely time. I had the hot stone massage by Alisha, it was the best massage I've ever had. The foot and leg rub to begin was also amazing, I think this was key to me feeling totally relaxed for my massage.
We also had afternoon tea and the food and service was 10 out of 10. We will definitely be going back, even if the local members don't approve!
