My session with Gemma at Grow Your Mindset was everything I hoped it would be and more - read on!
The session was well structured, covered its material really well and allowed time for participants to question and reflect while maintaining overall momentum.
The "edge of comfort zone" exercises quickly broaden your horizons and provide fresh insights.
You leave with an altered mindset - a better listener, a challenger to the known, a state where flexible replaces fixed and all things become possible.
I coach Construction Companies and, when fit, am also "Nick The Charity Swimmer"
Both roles require an upbeat and progressive mindset.

I've wrestled with Modal Chord Progressions that dominate modern song until I placed myself in Growth Mode and opened my mind to progressions I was told at school were "just too complex to teach".

Thanks for a great session GyM, the opportunity to engage was balanced well with the speaker providing information and insights.
This session was really engaging and helpful for me as someone who has recently taken on a new role and is taking on new challenges day to day and perceiving these as opportunities to grow. I am also studying on an apprenticeship and this session helped me to understand what my learning blockers could be and how to tackle them. The reflection and self awareness this course provided was very helpful, and I think it can also be very helpful for relationship building, coaching and nuturing others and understanding why and how people react to feedback and language.

In June 2023, Long Lawford Primary School said about Grow Your Mindset
We recently had a training day with Gemma. She was inspiring and motivational throughout. School staff have commented since that this was the best training they have had FOR THEM rather than for the children, although many have said that the training has also helped them in the classroom with the children. Cannot recommend Grow Your Mindset enough and we will be holding another staff training day with the team soon!
