As someone who’s always been terrified of the dentist (like a ridiculous, don't even like going for a check up, type fear), I can’t express how grateful I am to have been put on Rhiannah Alladice and Beth Davies service at my dentist (synergy dental, Bury). From the moment I arrived, they treated me with such kindness and patience, not looking down on me or making me feel like a nuisance- they really eased my anxiety.
I have had an ongoing issue since May (waiting for NHS referral) and i had to keep going back to the dentist (at least once a month) because of infection and pain. Rhiannah was incredibly gentle and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and never rushed me, always checking that I was okay and comfortable. Her calm, professional manner made a world of difference. Rhiannah is so cool and calm, it really puts you at ease.
Beth was so good at distracting me with small talk and always making me laugh (which isn't usual for me at the dentist!!).
Rhiannah and Beth were so welcoming, always greeting me like a friend and talking to me like an equal. Their compassion and kindness meant so much to me that it helped me stay calm and feel safe with them, it made me trust them enough to cancel my referral and allow them to extract my tooth.
Thanks to their care, what I expected to be a terrifying experience turned out to be less so. Beth, very kindly, held my hand (I am a grown woman haha) during my procedure. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I can’t recommend Rhiannah and Beth enough. They truly go above and beyond. Honestly, now that my problem is fixed (hopefully), I'm going to miss seeing them!
I would also like to say that the receptionist, Monika, was very lovely every time I called/went in (which was a lot!) And when there were no appointments, she helped me get advice and care from the dentist while I waited for an appointment.

The staff were excellent at explaining the procedure and after being past from one dentist to another for 3 months suffering in excruciating pain I finally got the treatment I needed absolutely pain free.

The dentist was very quick at getting the tooth out and let me have a quick break to allow me to calm down and reduce my heart rate, went through aftercare thoroughly and handed me an aftercare leaflet. All done in no time.

Referred from an NHS dentist that could not extract my tooth because they could not administer enough anesthetic
Synergy team were brilliant and after the anesthetic they administered I didn't feel a thing.
