My dentist and his nurse were both polite, friendly, reassuring and very efficient as always.
The staff, on reception are friendly, helpful and very pleasant also.
As an elderly gentleman was leaving the surgery he gave the staff a small confectionary treat, which says it all really.

Had to visit the dentist after a tooth cracked in the airport awaiting a flight home from Turkey. Couldn't believe it when it happened. Fast forward to the day of the appointment completely at my choosing to fit my schedule wasn't an emergency I wasn't in any pain, more shock really. Passed pleasantries with the dentist and hygienists and a quick x ray to assess the damage. I really didn't want to have it taken out if at all possible but it was explained several options dependant on the x ray. After the results I was informed a deep permanent filling was possible. At that point dentist excused himself to take a call from a colleague. I thought nothing of it but started to get a bit anxious, when could it be done, etc etc. There stepped in the dental nurse. She was really professional and began to make small talk about holidays to fill the gap left by the dentist no pun intended. It settled me down no end and I am very grateful for the calming experience I had in the chair that day. I was fortunate to be able to have the filling immediately which again was a great relief. Overall very happy with the experience if it could have been improved it would have been with a little aftercare and contact . Obviously with a drooling mouth you just want to get home and return to feeling somewhat normal. I had contemplated asking for some sort of cleaning scaling details, perhaps a plan but nothing was forthcoming. With all your details I would have expected some follow-up. All I got was this review option so my criticism lies here at the end of the review. A final big up to the hygienist who put me at ease during the interlude it made the experience so less daunting being distracted by her conversation while awaiting the dentist. Many Thanks Paul.

A very smooth procedure, felt at ease the second I walked in to the treatment and was fully informed of what was taking place, as well as the possible risks. Would recommend and if needed, go back again without hesitation.

My son's experience was great. The dentist (Mr Patel I think) made him feel as comfortable as possible and explained every step of the treatment.
Also the receptionist was very helpful by calling me back after a cancellation as we needed this emergency appointment.
