Bolton College and Bolton Council hosted an event last week to celebrate another year of resounding success for their Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities (NLDC) programme. Eight organisations supported by the initiative came together to share their individual success stories, at the event held at Brownlow Fold Community Learning Centre in Halliwell.
