He gathered additional information about the car I was interested in and assured me he would follow up with the necessary details and a quote by the end of the business day. This call took place on 2nd May, but they did not reach out as promised. To my surprise, I received a call on 13th May from 360 vehicle leasing, who were calling to provide me with updates on quotes. Unfortunately, I had to let them know that I had already placed an order with the dealership. They were understanding and maintained a polite and friendly demeanour.
I would recommend this company to anyone in search of a car, as they do eventually get back to you, even if it takes days, unlike broker4cars, who promise to follow up but never do.
