Have some fun by the River with a charity duck race in aid of Break. Over 5,000 ducks will be released on Monday 29th August, ending up by the Ribs of Beef pub. But what we want to know is - how on earth do you catch all 5,000 ducks???
The Larking Gowen City of Norwich Half Marathon will take place on 27th November at the Norfolk Showground. The race has raised more than £140,000 for local charities over the last four years, which is a great achievement.
