We contacted Franklins Removals after reading recommendations on an Anglo French Facebook group. The quotation was clear and good value compared to others. From the start, communication was great and they knew everything about the import process. All the necessary paperwork that we needed to complete was sent to us in one email so we didn’t have to research it or risk missing anything. We were booked in the diary with a provisional date without needing a deposit. Once finalised, there was good flexibility if we needed to alter collection dates or delivery. The two chaps who came to collect our belongings arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They protected our carpets and took care of our items as they packed them onto the van. We could easily get updates by calling the office so when there was a delay due to terrible weather we weren’t left wondering what was happening. When our possessions were delivered, again the guys gave everything the same level of attention and care and they cheerfully barrowed it down our long narrow drive. Many thanks to the whole team and especially Bev who calmly and willingly dealt with my many enquiries.<br>I can happily recommend Franklins Removals.

Franklins were calm and helpful during what turned into a stressful move. They came up trumps even when leaving date and moving into new property date changed last minute. Should I ever be daft enough to relocate again, I would use them again.

Used these guys for my 3.5 tonne Horsebox as well as my car. My partner also rates them. Took my Audi in today as kept losing tyre pressure. Diagnosed nail in tyre which they repaired. They could have tried to claim that it was beyond repair but I trust they would never do that showing huge integrity!

Having used different tyre places over the years (have to use KwikFit etc with a fleet vehicle) I can't overstate what a fab place Walsall Wood Tyres is. Used them for a while now for daily and classic cars. Ashleigh is fab, nothing is ever too much trouble and I have called up last minute witg a puncture and it's been changed inside 20 mins. The service here is simply world's apart from the big chains. Great local buisness. Only way to improve would be to get a coffee machine in the waiting room/tyre bay as there is nothing local you can walk to to grab a drink while you wait ☕️ 😊 Thanks as always Walsall Wood Tyres 👌🏼
