Excellent service from Franklins for a part load from Birmingham to France. Everything was carefully handled, well wrapped and protected, as well as secured in transit. The delivery team, Lee and George were very helpful and extremely hard-working. No damage to any of the items, nor the house when moving the furniture in. Worth noting that the lorry was very well equipped with the appropriate ramps etc, so it all felt very safe. Also special mention to Bev in the office, who was very efficient and happily answered my many questions. Franklins also sorted out the import tax, providing all the necessary forms and costings. Would thoroughly recommend.

Visited the salon for the first time Sunday and oh it is so lovely. So welcoming and the owners/staff are so professional and helpful. Cannot reccomend enough I questioned wether to visit as it’s a bit out of my way, and I am SO glad I did. Also very knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Great sunbed shop. Most of all nice team and generous. Chatty owners/staff and make you feel like they’ve known you years. Clean and immaculate and they clean the beds after use of clients(some shops you have to do this) they do a very generous nhs discount also if you have a blue light card. The parking is okay too. This is my new place to come. Very knowledgeable on creams. The beds are hot! Love it!
