After checking they could fit my motorhome on the ramp, took it in for a front wheel alignment. No appointment but said they would try and fit me in.
Spent an age in the waiting room and they told me they were having issues getting it right. Come closing time, said they wanted it to be perfect and could I come back? Booked to come back in 2 days.
Brought it back and another few tries and was given the keys and all done. It was now driving perfectly.
Took it out myself and indeed it was driving perfectly, took them quite a few tries to get it spot on but they didn’t just give me the keys back and take my money.
Spent an age getting it completely right and only charged me the original agreed price, even though it must have took much longer than normal.
That’s the sort of service that means I will use them again. Brilliant! 👍

The food here is good, but the service needs serious improvement.
The staff is very slow, and they often forget orders—even when writing them down. They frequently forget to include sauces, which has happened to us several times. Ordering over the phone is also a waste of time since they usually forget or mess up the order.
Overall, the main issue is the service. If they could pay more attention and improve in this area, it would make a big difference.
