What a great job and a really friendly firm to deal with. We had various options for a stretch ceiling over our pool and Mike took the time to give us the pros and cons of these to suit our needs and our budget, so we could make an informed decision. From ordering to installation was faultless. A tweak was needed after installation to take a down light and Mike came along to sort with no problem at all-Brilliant!

Providing us with different options depending on our budget so we could come to the best result. Lovely evening watching kerry Ellis. The refurbishment has made the building light and airy. Only complaint is the location of meet and greet, not good being on the landing between flights of stairs and no Co ordination so people didn't realise the queue was in the bar area so had jumped the queue.

From the initial quote, to finalising our move date with Bev in the office and the move itself went without a hitch.
The team from Franklin's that moved us on the day did a fantastic job nothing was too much trouble.
All our furniture, possessions etc were handled with great care and nothing at all got damaged.

We had to have a large cherry tree reduced and pruned, with some large branches removed, would highly recommend George and the team. Very professional, polite and hardworking. The cherry tree looks great, and other smaller jobs were also completed, even some that we didn’t ask for, we were very happy from start to finish. Everything left tidy and clean. Most competitive price too, wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.
