Coming out of car retail and management after 20 plus years, I think it's fair to say I know my way around customer Service and the car industry. I was trepidacious as to how my experience would be now that I am simply a customer. I was very impressed and surprised, from the initial call to payment, this was a seemless and excellent experience. The advice about my tyres was accurate and informative, the need to sell me a complete set of replacements was apparent but in no way pushy and this was appreciated to the point that I will more than likely return in the not to distant future. I called at 10.00 about a puncture, living locally I was booked in by 10.15 with locking nut and keys in the hands of the techician, a true explanation of the tyres condition was given, it needed replaceing and a suitable tyre was in stock, by 11.00 (yes 11.00) I was on my way home, well done to everyone, the girl on reception today 15th October whose name I'm affraid eludes me had a superb attitude. Maybe I was lucky and this was a good day for them, but for sure this is what good looks like.<br><br>Tim Palmer
