The whole team looked after us during a very stressful move, which seemed to be never ending, eventually a summer move ended being a winter move. The team and especially Shelley managed to break down the lack of communication from our buyers solicitors and eventually resolve all the obstacles they put in front of us.<br>When Shelley was not available, I could always call Zoe, who was amazing during the sale of the property and Becki, who stood in for Shelley during the chasing games the buyers solicitors put in front of them.

My first impressions, they are professional, excellent communication and customer service skills. They also carried out work to a high standard and my experience was headache free. I normally dread going to garages because the majority of the time they say one thing and do the opposite or work to a low standard but I am glad I trusted my gut and decided to use Elite Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Specialists. The reason why I used them was because I required a crack on my alloy to be welded together, I called around got some quotes over the phone and when I spoke to them, I felt they sounded more professional. I read their reviews but was sceptical because they were all 5 star and I was not sure if this was an accurate reflection of everyone's experience. However, I am pleased to say the experience was effortlessly great, definitely a 5 star and here is why? I drove to Walsall they inspected the alloy, saw one crack and we agreed a price. Later they found another crack, probably not visible amongst the dirt, which they fixed and asked for additional £10 but because they realised they had not alerted me before fixing the other crack, they were professional and waived this fee. However due to their professionalism, I did pay this fee purely because I felt they had behaved professionally throughout!. I also found that they kept me informed throughout the process and replied promptly to my my messages. This was the first time I used them but I doubt, it will be the last.
