I was made to feel involved in the decision making when it came to the build, everything was explained to me well in advance including the costs and time it would take. The builders on site were polite and more than respectful to our neighbours, the area was always kept safe and tidy. After our initial quote there was a lot of information to take in however I was always able to call or email to ask further questions which was very helpful during our extension as it was a big project for us.

But his professionalism set him apart, the job was more than reasonably priced in comparison to others and completed quickly and to a very high standard.
