We used Pickfords through recommendations from our estate agent! We were placed with Harjinder & Laura for our sale and onward purchase. Both have been exceptional. I can be hard work ( my wife will confirm that) but both have been pleasant and happy to answer any queries I had.
We ran into a change of plan as our first purchase choice fell through however Harjinder adapted and pressed ahead rapidly when we found a replacement.
Can’t recommend Pickfords enough especially both these people in question.
We are nearly at completion and for all that’s happened they didn’t add to our stress which was already at an increased level due to all that happened. They stayed calm and reassuring
throughout the process.

They were always providing us updates and chased the other parties to ensure things were moving on. They explained everything to us really well and were quick to respond to our questions.
Even though completion day was up in the air until the last minute, they did everything they could to make it less stressful for us and kept us in the loop.
