Excellent garage to deal with unlike the complete clueless cockwombles @ Feakins of Kettering...had the car for a blown glow plug, over 9 weeks, stripped it down and left in a corner with the bonnet ajar, water into ecu etc, and bolts etc just strewn across engine bay when collected...COWBOYS.
Now Richard's, total professional outfit, phoned me literally an hour after car was transported to them, explained everything that had happened even took photos for me, car returned within 3 weeks, got called by them, never had to chase every week with update...I did say, I wasn't in a rush to get it back, just fix it...and they did, brilliantly runs perfect
Feakins quoted £5k with replacement cylinder head for a simple rebore of cylinder and replacement glow plugs.
Richard's did the repair plus rebuild after receiving the engine literally in bits from those CLOWNS @ FEAKINS for 2k.
Avery Happy customer and will be a returning one. 5* Service.

What an amazing mortgage advisor Marianne is.
My self and my husband thought it would be impossible to get a mortgage because of my husbands age. We thought it would just be to expensive with the amount of years we could get to pay a mortgage back. We tried other mortgage advisor with no luck. We then was highly recommended to Marianne by a friend and from there Marianne helped us from start to moving in and beyond. Nothing was much trouble, with plenty of reassurance everything was going to be fine and going in the right direction.
I'm sure I drove her insane at times 😁 but she never let it show 🤣 Marianne me and lee want to thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for our forever home... I would just like to add I'm in Scotland so doesn't matter how far you are in the UK she's the go to lady 🫶🏼
