One of Shropshire's best loved tourist attractions and a great day out for all the family - Blists Hill Victorian Town is one of the ten Ironbridge Gorge Museums.
Lots to do for all the family and great value for money. Take a picnic as there is no cafe just vending machines but loads of places to sit and eat. Our 7 year old LOVED it (and daddy did too). Try to move a steam engine, build an arch, use x-ray and lots more.

Stratford upon Avon Butterfly Farm is one of the most popular Days out and attractions in Stratford upon Avon and the Midlands . It is housed in a large greenhouse, landscaped with waterfalls, ponds and wide variety of tropical plants. Attached also is a gift shop which sells everything from toys to jewellery..
We had a very informative,safe fun day out with my young grand children.

Days out and attractions | Derbyshire | Chatsworth House | Positioned in beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Derbyshire Peak District, Chatsworth House is a stunning building and the entire estate holds enough treasures to keep all the members of the family entertained. The children's activity farm and playground is always a favourite.
I am ashamed to say that although I had visited many times, I had never previously been inside the house, always thought it was too expensive, how wrong I was!
The enormity of the place and the absolute stunning grandeur actually deserves the price tag. It is a fantastic day out and you really could be entertained for the entire day!
The gardens are absolutely enormous, and just magnificent, you could a full day just wandering outside....
The house is absolutely wonderful and packed with great and grand treasures. You are able to fully appreciate and wander at leisure, and there are no restrictions on photographs.
