We wanted to take our children out on a day trip and found a place in Kent that we hadn't taken them before. Booked our tickets and travelled 2 hours to our destination. On arrival staff were great help with advise and a map of park, we found a quarter of the park was closed due to being winter season but that didn't bother us .there was so much to do from petting animals/shows to rides, adventure playgrounds inside and out. Jumping pillows to go karts. Park was clean and tidy, facilties were good, plenty of staff to help people , help kids on rides etc, food option in canteens was OK, coffee, tea, pizza, hotdogs jacket potato's etc Kids really enjoyed it even though it was winter season and can't wait to go back in summer when the whole park is fully functional. 5*

Very sweet park. Good for older little kids (7-10) as it’s got a nice mix of play areas and more challenging activities. My son loved it!

Very good for the kids, spent around 6 hours their. Only thing was that the kiosks were very under staffed. So long queues for food and drink.

Its good for kids but the staff are a nuisance continually. The obvious progression from a job hear would be the police force! First experience is a person at the gate was arguing with staff, then every ride however basic, the staff are very picky... no drinks, must wait without touching the fence. And btw every gate us locked with a padlocked at entrance and exit... also they stopped the kids going down slides for not having the shoulders and knees covered. They are so picky despite 1000 warning signs around. If you want to spend £50 to see H&S gone extreme then this is the place for you. Program the sat nav, fasten the seat belts and enjoy being policed for the day. P.s. we are yet to get home. We will probably find we have a bus lane ticket or speeding fine for our pram. 🤣

We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Knockhatch. We were a company of 9 with ages ranging from 2 years to 75 years old. Everybody had a good time. There was lots to do, everything was easily accessible and there were plenty of seats around the park and a lovely place to eat.
There were also plenty of toilets but by noon they were disgusting and some soap dispensers were empty and some toilets had no more paper.
All in all we had great day from 10 am to 5 pm. Will do that again when I'm in this part of England next time.

Great value for money if you book in advance online. Only down side is when I asked for a first aider they called over the radio for one and they didn't even come, waited ages with my boy who had cut his chin open on a slide. Could of been worse and potentially dangerous, they need to do more training on first aid for more staff.

Visited here a few days ago as a treat for my kids from their Grandad. Haven't been since I was a kid and it's changed loads. Great attractions and so much to do. My boys aged 8 and 4 absolutely loved it. Particular favourites were the Lost World dinosaur barn with the MEGA slides, we spent ages in there, the Aqua slide and the castle play area complete with dragon. We arrived just before it opened and had to queue, but once they opened the gates we got in quite quickly. We walked to the back of the park first and had no queue on the aqua slide and the bouncy pillows were empty. We took a picnic and found a shady table to eat at, but there was lots of refreshments stands and a few cafés I think. Definitely worthwhile exploring all the nooks and crannies because we found bits we definitely would've missed otherwise... tractor play area and Quad barrel train. Take a bit of cash, especially pound coins, as some of the attractions charge extra and are coin operated. My kids missed out on the diggers and mini quads because I didn't have any! Also dress appropriately for the huge slides, kids need long shorts or trousers and tshirt sleeves as a minimun. They are pretty hot on this and will send you to the gift shop to buy shorts if needed. Staff were friendly and helpful and all in all we had a fabulous day. Ticket price may seem a bit steep, but when you take in how much is there it is really good value. Not too busy when we went either so not too much queuing.
