The massage was good and I felt very relaxed afterwards.
Janet and the Spa staff behind the desk we're rude and we felt rushed. We arrived bang on time and then had to fill out the form. They mentioned more than once about not wasting any more time. We felt more like a bother than clients.

Had a lovely night's sleep, the bed was very comfortable. Nice spacious room, very clean. Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was tasty. We were there for a dinner dance and the food was delicious, and the service excellent.

Valentine at last drop
Location. Breakfast on second day. Room. Evening meal in clock tower.
Told I couldn't book massage by phone and do online. By time email came through massage was already full. On Saturday the poached eggs at breakfast were cold. Sent back. Mine never returned and my wife's were cold second time as well.
