The park is lovely and good price we had a lovely family day for my grandsons birthday.The only thing that let the park down was the appaling behaviour of staff to a poor mum who had an autistic son she asked if she could just take her son in as he does not deal with crowds the staff were so unhelpful the poor lady ended up in tears they would not help at all so another lady at the front of que told her to go in with her the staff were extremely rude to her such a shame at a family place that the staff are not better trained in how to deal with such things or in fact lack of compassion .Was awful to witness something like this .

Great place, lots to do. We went with 4 year old twins, a 7 and 14 year old and they all enjoyed themselves. Staff really friendly. Everything very reasonably priced too. Noticeably cheaper than other places.
