Facilities were nice. Wish we had been warned we have to rebook spa facility use if wanting to go between 1-7pm as we could not get in as was fully booked when we arrived

The hotel has made every effort to make my stay comfortable and Covid19 safe. Breakfast is excellent and my room is spacious and comfortable. This is my second visit in two weeks and will stay here again if in the area! Very close to motorways without being like a service station! Recommended!

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 months for a business trip, all the employees of the hotel are really nice and helpful.
The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.
The rooms are quit big and comfortable.
Unfortunately I could use gym and spa for one week only because of corona, but they are nice too !
5 stars, if you search for a clean and big hotel with a lot of greens around, this is the right place

From booking to check out my experience at this hotel has been fabulous. I initially booked a single room for 2 nights to attend a wedding close by, I later called reception to see if I could change to a twin room to allow my Auntie to share with me. This was dealt with quickly and easily with no extra charges. We were booked into room 51 in the court yard. I loved it, modern, comfy and perfect for our stay. There were two beds and a sofa bed. We didn't use the spa but others that stayed there did n enjoyed the experience. The best bit of our stay was Aziz in the restaurant. He was so welcoming, friendly and went over and above for all of our party. We made our trip! 5 * service. He was able to balance chatting and being friendly without being over bearing. The scrambled eggs had run out and he brought a bowl of freshly cooked eggs for my Auntie to the table. We had a fabulous stay!
Plenty of parking, friendly reception staff and check out box to post our keys when we left.

After moving to Scotland, we use the dunkenhalgh regularly when visiting family.
Checking in is always stress free and quick.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
Customer service in the restaurant is excellent, Aziz is welcoming, friendly always makes us feel special, but professional at the same time, nothing is too much trouble he sets an excellent standard of customer service for the rest of the team to follow.

We visited the Dunkenhalgh Hotel as part of a coach party and had such a wonderful experience. A huge thank you to Carla, Wanla and Mia for looking after us so well—they were friendly, attentive and always had a smile on their faces. Their excellent service really made our visit special. Thank you!
