A lovely hotel with good facilities, excellent food and staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. The hotel was well located for trips out. We were with a coach party and the overall trip was good value.
The Chef Sean and the waiting staff were amazing. Those we noted were Mia Rose, Mia I, Carla, Kim, Wanla, Beyer and Eden.

We had our wedding here on Saturday, it was the most beautiful day. Jacqueline helped us plan it for months and she was exceptional from start to finish, with so much attention to detail and taking the stress out of our hands. The room looked absolutely stunning and all guests commented how amazing the day was. Jacqueline and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, she greeted us as we arrived and was on hand to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend. Thanks everyone at Dunkenhalgh :)

Stephanie was extremely helpful in supporting and assisting me with the paperwork when dealing with tenants who had just rented my property. She helped me to resolve an issue that the tenants had. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. She always kept me up-to-date with how things were progressing. Thank you Stephanie so much for all your help.

End to end very good from booking process to discharge. I had been referred for a difficult extraction by my regular dentist. Process was caring and ultimately painless.

Visa issue resolved
My brother-in-law had been refused a visa to visit the UK. I took the case to Merve Danaci who was very helpful and explained the entire process to me, as well as submitting mitigating information to the home office. The outcome was that the visa was granted. Very happy with the outcome
