Incredible wine and beer, regular tastings, and really good advice and service. Nice selection of everything, we go out of our way to get our wine here because it always leaves us feeling fresher the next day than if we got it at the supermarket. Dog friendly. Oh and they sell the best crisps you can get in the country

The people at Bedrock Furniture were very good. Friendly and respectful and took the time to explain the pros and cons of different mattresses, they delivered the new mattress taking it upstairs and also took the old one away. All in all they were very good and I would recommend them. 👍

We visited the zoo today. it was a hot day but somehow managed to see a few animals. Lions were being fed when we visited, so an upclose encounter. Bears, red panda and few others were amazing. Bintourang, gibbon and other were taking a break. By the time we reached penguins our kids gave up and just wanted to go to the boulders beach so we gave up the zoo visit and went there. We did not even cover half of the zoo. We were super excited about the beach part but it was a let down. It could have been much better with some fountains and more water feature rather than just a shallow pond kinda with murky water. Zoo was good, food was good (we had a hiccup with the service but its ok), facilities were superb but beach not so much.
Its one of the cleanest zoo with proper signage and bright enclosures we have visited. But the space for lions, leopard, jaguars and bears did look smaller compared to some other zoo's.
Had to completely give up on the dino world, one for next time on a less hot day

Excellent day out. We did a Big Cat Encounter/feed of Kumal the jaguar with keeper Josh. Hertfordshire Zoo have multiple species of animals to admire. Very good food in both places we ate, Sun Bear Bakery and Restaurant Pangaea. The staff in Guest Services and throughout the zoo and all very helpful. This is an excellent place to visit. We are looking forward to visiting again in the near future.
