With an online booking barcode ticket, it was very straightforward and easy to get in to watch our film. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The one thing I would say is to make sure you point your satnav at the car park or else you might end up in LIDL or some private parking spaces as I found the turning very easy to miss.

Ok hotel in a pretty area. Room was clean but tired.
MALE Staff member letting themselves into my room at 1.05AM was a particular highlight.
As a woman travelling alone this was exceptionally frightening. Call reception to be told "oh your room was showing as vacant on the system" I see the review a week ago had the same lame excuse from the reception staff. Apparently they needed a fan.
Impossible to get hold of anyone to complain about it.
As the room I was in lead out to a courtyard that anyone can just stroll into - this is NOT good enough. Your staff need retraining at minimum. Better would be fitting all your hotel doors with chains or dead bolts to ensure your guests safety.

Swimming pool and infinity pool were fabulous.
Breakfast was very good value. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Interesting layout within the village and food good at the Drop inn. Very hot. No fan in heat wave.

Got the keys today! I had a great experience with Paul and Shauna to secure my first property. They were very helpful and made the entire process smooth.
They were proactive the whole time. Whenever we encountered blockers or delays, they stepped in, and resolved the issues to put things back on track. They really took a lot of the stress out of buying a (first) home.
