I have gone through Invisalign treatment since last October. It has been an amazing experience and a special thank you to Dr Kashaf! I previously had Invisalign five years ago in Dubai which very nearly ruined my teeth. At Synergy, I was sold a package which worked perfectly for my teeth and I now feel more confident in my smile. My 7yr old hadn't seen the dentist in 4 years due to relocating to longridge and being on several waiting lists for a long time. He started experiencing pain with his tooth and after a call to the NHS line to try and get him an emergency appointment we were told about Synergy in Preston taking on new patients, a quick call and we were registered and a appointment confirmed for the following day.
My son was very nervous upon consultation and the dentist Ammarrah put him at ease straight away, she explained everything to him in a way that he understood.
Alas! he needed fillings and one tooth that was giving him pain needed to come out. We were given an appointment to return for treatment 2 days later.
My son was nervous about having fillings, but again Ammarrah put his at ease, talking to him throughout and he trusted her, so much that he ended up completing all his treatment in one appointment and even had the tooth that was going to come out filled instead , he left with a big smile on his face.
He has even been asking when we are going back to see Ammarrah !
