We have been dealing with this company for over 4 years, our office phones, our nursery phones, broadband etc, nothing is every too much trouble for them, the lines are reliable and the staff very helpful, any queries are answered straight away, and if it cant be rectified there and then they come up with the right solution to help. In this day and age when we are dealing with computers, AI, foreign call centres etc its a breath of fresh air to speak to someone who understands what we need for our business, and acts on it. Thank you to Dean who is always on hand to answer our questions, and keeps an eye on our accounts.

We have used / worked with Microcare for over 10 years, at the start or our working relationship we purchase a new Avaya system and during the last few months we moved over to a new 3CX VOIP phone sytem. The staff at Microcare are great to work with, many have been there for years and that gives us peace of mind in the knowledge that they know our firm and what are needs are, I have no hesitation in recomendeing them as a trusted supplier.

We have used Microcare for over 15 years and updated our previous microcare phone system again with them approximately 2 years ago. We have no issues with their systems and whenever we need to reconfigure, they always support us promptly. I find it reassuring that the same installation guys have worked at Microcare for a long time demonstrating to me as a client that they look after their staff. we get a courtesy call from our account manager at regular intervals to check that our system has no issues - again mainly because we don't get any and he doesn't hear from us.
Training on their systems is top notch and caters for those of us who take more time to understand the system.
I would have no qualms in recommending Microcare to anyone looking at replacing their phone systems.
