I can't thank Kathryn enough for the service she compassionately led for my lovely dad. On her first visit she listened to our stories about my dad, the kind of man he was and how much he meant to us as a family. She captured this perfectly, offering a beautiful picture of a life well lived. The small personal touches didn't go unnoticed and her attention to detail really made his send off better than we thought it would be.
The presentation of the order of service and all of the items enclosed was a lovely long lasting touch that I know my mom will really cherish.

Great visit – quiet, relaxed and perfect for a toddler
We visited Hertfordshire Zoo on a Monday morning with four adults and a just under two-year-old, and it was the perfect time to go. It was really quiet with no queues, which made the whole experience much more relaxed, especially with a young child.
The zoo is well laid out and easy to get around, and our little one loved seeing the animals without crowds around. It felt calm and unhurried, which made a big difference.
The ticket price was great as there was a 25% discount, which made the visit excellent value for money. We also stopped for food and were pleasantly surprised – the food staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and the food itself was really nice. The only downside is that the food was a bit expensive, but that’s fairly standard for attractions like this.
Overall, a lovely visit and a great day out for both adults and toddlers. We’d definitely recommend visiting early in the week if you can.

Fayçal Benfifi - Found and answer and helped clarify what what was going on. I had been asking for a while "how to remove the double tax I was seeing." I didn't know there was a double tax - one on sales and one on shipping costs as well. I'm new and had no idea. It would be good if that could be added into one tax to avoid it looking like customers are being charged twice though. I appreciate your support team!
