Had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a great atmosphere. A special thanks to Courtney, who was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Her customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Even in a 30 minute introductory call, Dave was fantastic with me - he listened calmly and quietly to my thoughts, and explained his approach to career coaching in a really compelling way. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I had an excellent experience with this estate agency at Banstead while selling my property. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, understanding, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.
John Ryan and Mark Floyd were always prompt in responding to any questions or resolving any issues that arose, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Their communication was outstanding—they kept both the buyers and sellers informed at every stage, ensuring everyone was up to date and knew what to expect.
What impressed me most was their ability to remain calm, patient, and respectful, even when challenges arose. They handled every situation with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude, helping to keep the process moving smoothly.
I truly appreciated their dedication, efficiency, honesty, and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Darren repaired a rusted wrought iron gate for me and refitted it again perfectly. The standard of work was exceptional and the gate will last for a good few years again now. I'm really pleased and would definitely recommend them. Great workmanship and service!
