I wiuld say it all went very well. I just had an issue when trying to authenticate the domain. I think it was a misunderstanding as I undestood it was my website domain that's with GoDaddy but I had to cretae the DNS records with my email provider who is Squarespace. It took over a week till it got resolved. Other tahn that Sabrina was great and I'm looking forward to my expereince with System.io

Easily accessible, just off the motorway. Little road noise on the grounds but okay in the room.
Amosphere in the restaurant was nice - Courtney* was our waitress & she was lovely!! The chocolate truffles are hugh & so tatsy.. Only criticism is they dont give you both menus unless asked, we was only given the premium dining menu, after ordering we noticed & overheard there are 2 menus to choose from.
Room was okay, bathroom could benefit from some TLC/update.
Overall cleanliness was okay, just abit dated in areas.
Didn't get chance to use all the facilities. There was quite alot of children in the pool which didn't really go in keep with the relaxing spa day vibe. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet breakfast, we went around 9.20am (served until 10am) everything was cold & quality was so so.. undercooked bacon, overcooked eggs ans hash browns. Really disappointing end to our stay. The package we booked was £270 for one night i don't think its worth the asking price based on my experience
