Staff overall performance perfect, exceptional great ladies at Reception in particular the Mexican and Russian ladies friendly loyal dedicated and helpfully top top, then all staff at breakfast deserve my happy thoughts and respect ✊ Lorraine is the funniest sweetest lady ever to be seen at early morning starts. I have stayed a few times at this particular holiday inn. Tonight has been the best. Dyan working in the restaurant is absolutely superb and a credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. She is kind, attentive and just a lovely lovely lady. Dyan thankyou for making my stay so wonderful. I very much hope to see you again.
