Procedure (Implant) went as well as it could have I believe. Only even so slightly negative thing I would say was that the nurses were talking about what they had been doing on the weekend. Whilst I have no problem at all with people gossiping at work as it’s something we all do from time to time. When you’re spending the better part of £3000 you hope that all attention would be on the job at hand / you. They acted professionally otherwise it just didn’t put my mind at ease thinking that 100% of their concentration may not have been on the job at hand at the time. This was at the Blackpool branch but this address was not present on the dropdown of choices.

Ray and his colleagues were excellent. They packed up for us the day before and then moved us the following day. They worked incredibly hard but were never flustered and didn't contribute to the stress we were feeling on the day, with having to be out by a certain time and then needing to get into our new property as quickly as possible. They were diligent, polite and very good value when compared against their competitors.

Time is a factor when doing enquiries. Although support have a 24 hour turnaround time, the issue was resolved within the span of about an hour. This great if you look at the volumes of enquiries, a company this size might experience daily.
