Used for a sale. Provided a good service. The property was likely put on the market at too high a price. However Sam was great at following up with the buyers and the sale was able to complete in good time and I was happy with the result.

We had a great experience with Paul and Liam with the recent sale and subsequent purchase of our new home.<br><br>We sold and bought with Personal Agent and thanks to Liam and Paul’s guidance and advice we were able to have a happy and successful outcome following an open house viewing day.<br><br>Without them I don’t think we would have been able to make the move so quickly - from valuation to sale agreed was very efficient and without any problems along the way thereafter.<br><br>They were both very clear, responsive and helpful throughout.<br><br>It’s the second home we’ve bought using Paul and although it’s hopefully the last for the foreseeable, I’d have no hesitation in recommending The Personal Agents services.<br><br>Thanks guys.
