Hotel is lovely. Great location, close to everything you could need. Ryan at the bar was great, put the football on the tv for me and was very welcoming, gave good tips on places to go also.
Only thing is the showers are not great, I’ve stayed here about 6 times due to work and I can’t get a good shower pressure, maybe I’m a shower snob but I’m tucked up to the shower head 😂 but overall brilliant place!

Hotel is well located and public area was spotless. Interaction with staff was all positive. As they seemed to be friendly and respectful. Receptionist in morning was very helpful, and assisted in printing a very important document for me.
However there was more negatives than positives. On arrival we asked for food, and was told no chef, so kit food available to us. Room this stay was very dated and was in need of a freshen up. Minor repairs had been done to a poor standard. Water pressure was poor for the shower, although it was hot enough.
No hot buffet breakfast in the morning. Although there was plenty of cereal, toast, etc. Hot food order was taken by one of the team, and brought out to the table. But unfortunately this was not freshly cooked. It had been sitting under the hot plate, Black pudding was rock hard, sausages over done on one side probably due to hot plate. Beans look warm, and bacon again dry from hot plate.
I will be staying again in a few weeks time, so this trip did not discourage me from using the hotel.

I ordered two roller banners from Grafix Fast and was really pleased with the service that I received. I had a couple of face to face meetings with Rob which really halped me to visualise all of the options. My order was dealt with quickly and I was delighted with the finished result. Would highly recommend!

We are really happy to recommend Clearview Windows. Kirk the owner is professional, full of good advice and friendly and couldn't have made us feel more valued as customers. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and the price was excellent. We had a few quotes from different companies but went with this company as they did not put us under any pressure at all (unlike a much bigger window company who shall remain nameless but were extremely pushy and rude) and you can tell that Kirk really cares about providing an excellent service and a quality product. The aftercare was good too, we had a couple of very minor cosmetic niggles but someone came out asap to sort this out for us free of charge, no problem at all. The finished result is exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased.

Yas, Dani, Issy, Becky and Alyse are the most welcoming, chatty and wholesome girls. They have made my 3 years with the business lodge a pleasure. A Ray of sunshine on a rainy day kinda girls.
