We chose Four Gables as our caterers for our wedding in August 2025 at Balcombe Place in West Sussex.
Thank you for your amazing part you played in our wedding. The food was DIVINE and it was a very personal, thoughtful and extremely tasty journey from enquiry through to tasting and the final event. All of our wacky ideas were well understood and brought to life, Stephen & Lyle were top notch at communicating with us, re-shaping our menu and organising the most intimate and lovely tasting day.
Our guests haven't stopped raving about the food!
We are so thankful we chose you as the caterers on the big day, and will always be thankful for the sensational spread you put on for us! Your staff were so polite and attentive and the presentation was gorgeous, our choices for linen and cutlery were plentiful, and everything was spot on. Just massive thank you from us.

What an incredible company – Stephen, Brad and Lyle were an absolute super team at our wedding in May! We are so grateful for their attention to detail, care and overall can-do attitude when it came to making our day truly magical. From start to finish they helped us design a menu that was personalised to each guest and using ingredients locally sourced and sustainable. They had to deal with all sorts of challenges with our dry-hire venue and overcame them all with ease and grace. Most importantly the food was DELICIOUS – all of our guests raved about it. We would highly recommend choosing Four Gables for your event and will definitely be looking for opportunities to work with the team again in the future.
