I recently bought a new car from Fish Motors after seeing it online. This could have been a tad tricky given that I live nowhere near Bolton. However, Chris & the team were absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the car. It was spotlessly clean upon delivery with absolutely no surprises, everything I wanted to know was explained in detail and very quickly. It was also obvious the car was very well looked after during the sale. The team went the extra mile and were always happy to answer queries. Overall, a very happy customer!

My initial contact was with Rachel MacDonald who was polite and helpful, although I do not think enough consideration is given to the fact that not all of their clients are fully computer literate and maybe the firm could better explain the process of providing the initial client information. (an alternative to the "complicated" solicitor based system would be helpful).
I then basically dealt with Esther Ankama for the majority of what turned out to be a somewhat lengthy and complicated sale process involving two purchasers (the first one was abhortive) for a non-standard property and she was very patient and helpful.
The concluding process was dealt with efficiently by Harpreet Kaur and the sale was eventually satisfactorily finalised.
Their charges were as originally stated and I would definately use Pickfords again for any future transactions.
