We went for Christmas and it was a fun day, not sure what it would be like in full swing.

Lovely place! Celebrate the kids party we learned a lot! Make sure you bring all the things you need like cake candles..birthday bunting you can't get it in the shop. Then feel awful bought tea £1.20 too strong for me did approach the staff in the counter to ask for extra hot water and she ask for £1.00 for extra hot water! How's that? Next time I suggest to bring your own thermos I think!

Great for all ages as has something to entertain for each age group. Even adults can join in on the dragons castle! Be it soft play, feeding animals or playing on the adventure park, it was thoroughly enjoyed by my 5 and 1 year olds. Indoor cafe gets busy and slow though.

Well what can I say...one of the best days we've had out as a family in a LONG time!
It was a nice drive from the Southeast coast of Kent and on arrival there were staff who were very welcoming directing cars to parking spaces, leaving a space inbetween to adhere to their social distancing guidelines.
The entry price was reasonable at just over £30 for me, my wife and my son (my other 2 boys were free as they're a lot younger). We paid in advance online so it was quick getting in.
The place was well mapped out with so much to do still despite some of the attractions being closed due to government guidelines reference Covid-19. The go-karts and the rowing boats were my favourites but my boys really enjoyed the castle activity area and the water park area.
We got some burgers, chips and drinks for lunch which again was reasonable at around £25 for the 4 of us (youngest still on milk!). The food was really tasty too.
The animals to see were fantastic and great to walk through with the wallabies out in the open.
I must say though that the main thing that stood out for me was the friendliness and professionalism of every staff member there! Throughout the day we were greeted with natural smiles and interactions with staff that you could tell were happy within their job and this then created a fabulous atmosphere. So we would like to give a huge personal thanks to all staff there.
We look forward to visiting here again in the future.
