Worked very hard through this recent heatwave to get our air conditioning installed over one weekend- despite being very busy and booked up. Had a great day here. Hertfordshire Zoo might not be the biggest but it puts a lot of attention to detail in the different areas. Seeing the decorations and hearing the music make it feel really special. Went on the hottest day of the year but still saw every animal!

The room was very well appointed. Shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The restaurant was very well decorated and the food was of very high quality. The waiting and reception staff were very friendly.

Hotel is pet friendly. It says the room has a dog bed and dog treats included in the £25 but it didn’t. I would recommend taking your own dog bed. We were a bit disappointed about this.
Breakfast was lovely. Had food in the hotel bar - food was fine for a hotel bar.
Spa was lovely and relaxing - worth a visit.
The overall site is lovely - nice to walk around and visit the bakehouse. Would recommend overall.

I have had several interactions with Systeme.io support in recent days regarding DNS configuration. Even though I have a reasonable understanding of this procedure I still managed to get some of it wrong.
Each query and request I made of them was promptly and correctly sorted out.
In the end I used their free offer to correctly complete the DNS setting for one of my domains. This was very quickly and efficiently done after which they produced confirmation advice.
