Very convenient as we live in Burnley. Room was nice with beautiful view. Service was great and meals were nice. The spa was also lovely.

Went here for a work social and it was very nice. Food was good and drinks kept flowing. The hotel looked nice but I can't comment on tbe rooms because I didn't stay the night.

Attended for a function. Nice setting and friendly staff. Food was acceptable but nothing to write home about.

Beautiful architecture, great location and facilities but the room I was in was above the spa and it was like being in an over it was very hot even with all the windows open

Food was good and staff was helpful. Facilities were spacious and comfortable. The drinks were very pricey however.

We enjoyed our stay there it's a lovely building and location and surroundings etc, the spa, restaurant, food and bar were all nice. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The downside was the state of the room, it was in serious need of a maintenance overhaul. The largest of the three radiators didn't work and after the other two had been on a while it started to drip and leak wetting the carpet through to the size of a dinner plate. The windows and main door (to outside) were drafty. The window in the bathroom was covered in tiny spiders and their droppings and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long while. These spiders were all around the bathroom. There was an area of serious mould on the bathroom ceiling. And the general fit and finish of the room's carpets and fixtures was shabby.
