Su&Shi fantastic food and service in Market Harborough, easily the best Sushi and Asian food around, great experience. Birthday celebration with Nicole and Ed and we were looked after brilliantly throughout the night and a BIG THANK YOU to everyone at SU&SHI . Always a good sign that it was really busy on a Monday night, service with a friendly smile and attentive all night. The food was simply delicious, we had a selection of Sushi platters and hot dishes and absolutely everything was superb, and the cocktails too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SUSHI PLATTER FOR TWO as your best ever Sushi experience. If you prefer your food hot then their selection of hot plates is just as delicious, I loved the Prawn Teriyaki and Nicole highly recommended the Udon Noodles and soup. The extra touch, delivered to your table by a robot talking waiter - the children in the restaurant loved it, very clever. Thanks to staff for the extra touches throughout the evening, the spring rolls and luxury Raspberry Ice Cream balls mmm. We all had a fantastic night, BIG THANKS TO SU&SHI, a huge 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited Su&Suhi on the Saturday . I like sushi and it was an evening with my 6 year old son . I knew there was a robot here that serves the food , which would be a bit of entertainment for my boy . I arrived to the restaurant to a pleasant arrival . Table was clean and nicely arranged . I ordered a beer and a fruit juice for my son . The waiter came over and I said I’ve only really gone to yo-sushi so could I have some advice on what to eat , she advised to the platter for one , as I would get a good variety of sushi and for my boy ( who is vegetarian) the sushi roll with mango and cucumber. I asked the waiter to hint to me when the food about to come out on the robot so I can tell my son . While we waited the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, the decor is elegantly Japanese . When our food about to come out , the waited signalled . When the robot came with the food . My son was mesmerised by it . The food was neatly presented, on Japanese style slate plates . The platter I ordered had a variety of sushi. It was delicious. My son on the other hand who had never tried sushi had a couple of pieces then stopped eating . The waiter was attentive and spotted this . She asked if my son would there be anything else he would be happy to eat . She advised noodles and he said yes, but he wanted plain noodles . The noodles arrived fresh. My son began to eat it, he loved it and finished it all! The waiter said it was noodles with a little yaki soba sauce in it . Was a great call as my son finished it all. We both finished it all. Overall very good experience, would recommend for anyone that lives around the area or are visiting the town . Memories made, and will be back .

I have 2 toddlers, 2 and 3 and they both love it - especially the dinosaur area. It was extremely busy for March and expensive for what was there. The lion area and some bird cages was closed and you couldn’t see a lot of animals.
The range of animals available to see is better than other zoos which is good.
I will say to get into the zoo it is a long walk from the car park but there’s nothing that can happen about that but the food was noticeable expensive especially compared to other zoos / days out nearby.

We visited Hertfordshire Zoo as we had purchased a junior zookeeper experience for ourselves and our children.
This is not our first visit, we have been many times over the years and it has never disappointed. On this visit we had a fabulous day out and we were impressed as always by the choice of areas to visit and the condition of the zoo and especially with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff we encountered.
Ann greeted us in the HQ/experience centre and she was lovely - so friendly and welcoming. She explained how it would all work and that we would be meeting our zookeeper shortly and made sure we were comfortable whilst we waiting by making us drinks and showing us a video about the zoo and how it all started. We also spoke with a lovely lady called Maisy who chatted to us and asked the children what animals they were most hoping to visit during the experience.
The zookeeper assigned to us for our experience was Vivienne and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the animals and shared facts and information whilst showing us what to do and getting us involved with the care of the animals we attended too. We were advised at the point of booking that the animals you get to help with varies and depends on the day. We were very lucky to help with the following... a Tortoise, Otters, Reptiles and the penguins. The penguins were the highlight for us, we were able to hand feed them fish which was incredible. Evan was in charge of the penguins and he was brilliant, so knowledgeable and full of fun.
Before and after our experience we also went round the rest of the zoo animals as well as visiting the outdoor play area, having lunch, going round the Dino area and riding the train. Overall we had a fabulous day out and cant recommend Hertfordshire Zoo highly enough!

I took my 93 year old mum and 80?year old cousin to the zoo on a lovely sunny March afternoon and we had a wonderful afternoon . Lots of animals to see large and small, lunch in the sun and at the end of the day a visit to the dinosaur park. My mum wants to go back soon as a few enclosures were closed or missing animals . Easy parking and reasonable senior entrance fee adds to the pleasure
