We used We Move Anything to pack up our house and move us. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and everyone we dealt with has been fantastic. From the initial enquiry, quote process, booking in and amending move dates (via Patrick and Julian), through to the pack and move service itself. The removal team (Jake, Andy and Grant) were amazing. They were extremely efficient, friendly and professional. They took great care and nothing seemed to be too much of an ask for them. We would highly recommend using this company for any removal needs. Thank you for making our move so smooth and stress free.

Excellent service from Zain! I'm very happy with my new car. The whole process was smooth, and Zain was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish.
Five of my friends have also bought cars from him, and they've all had great experiences too. I'll definitely be recommending him to more people, and when it's time to change my car, I'll be coming straight back.

Reception staff upon arrival were very cheerful and accommodating.
The bar staff in clock tower he took my hot drinks order then went talking to customers that were already seated with drinks. I waited 20 minutes then I had to ask where are the 2 hot drinks I ordered he said oh yeah I'll make them now. So 25 minutes wait because he wanted to chat rather than serve. Other than that out time was pleasant.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and beds so comfortable.
Lovely shower products.
The breakfast was excellent and Lenny couldn’t do enough providing excellent services with a smile at breakfast. It was refreshing to meet such lovely staff.
The service in the bar was quick, friendly and efficient and again brilliant a service.
Would definitely visit again.

I was a little hesitant before eating here after reading some recent reviews saying the bar food wasn't very good, but my experience has been completely different.
I've eaten here twice now, having the burger on one visit and the pie and mash on another, and both meals were excellent. The food was well cooked, tasty, and great quality.
The staff have been friendly and welcoming throughout my stays, making the whole experience even better. The facilities are also a real highlight – the pool and gym are clean, well maintained, and a great addition to the hotel.
I'll definitely be staying here again and hope the hotel continues to maintain its current high standards. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mercure Blackburn. It's a lovely hotel with great facilities, excellent staff, and, in my opinion, very good food.
