Microcare are polite, proactive and when required, very efficient at being reactive. We have had a long relationship with them, and long may it continue! Chris their engineer is also charming and capable. In a day of faceless telecoms companies and automated service, it is refreshing to have humans with names who deal with us.

Microcare have dealt with our mobile phone requirements company wide now for several years, and have nursed us through 3 or 4 contract renewals / equipment upgrades during that period. The guys are fantastic and always work with us to ensure the 'back end' requirements are met so everything runs as smoothly as possible, whilst getting us the best deals possible on the hardware and tariffs.
Following on from the above, when we had to upgrade our aging PBX and the desk phones within the business, it was again Microcare we turned to as a trusted partner to get us onto a VOIP solution using Yealink hardware ... a seamless transition as we expected, with on site presence during the switch over and the usual telephone support for any 'teething' issues, and of course the ongoing support for the periodic problems which arise and cannot be resolved in house. A great service provider !
