After many bad stays at similar hotes, I think I can actually say I enjoyed this one. We managed to park without any hassle, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, beds comfy with a choice of hard/soft pillows. Aircon worked a treated. Powerful shower. No noisy door slamming in corridors like I've experienced staying elsewhere. The breakfast was fantastic, would 100% recommend booking on check in due to price difference. Overall, very pleased with our stay here (I was dreading it when I found out where my partner had booked!)

It may have three stars but the rooms are spacious and will provide you everything you need for a night or two whilst in Preston. It is easily accessible on entry into Preston centre and is perfect for heading in to town, dining or shopping. It does have a carpark but spaces are limited. There is a pay and display carpark right next to it though, so even if there are no spaces parking is available. It is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Had to go to Preston last minute. I rang the hotel and informed them of my late arrival by train from London.
They kept the kithen open for me, and I got a nice welcome, which was nice as I was well tied after my mad dash to Preston.
The rooms are nice, and everything I needed was in my room.

What a place.. called in at the weekend and the team were so helpful. We took the kids swimming then ate in the lounge bar. Beer and food both reasonable. Will definitely be visiting the hotel again.

Came here for a night away with the girls. Had an amazing time and the staff that the hotel had on over the 2 days we were there couldn’t do enough for any of us. The rooms are prefect, so open and airy! We will definitely be returning as we enjoyed every minute!

Went for breakfast in the bar and brasserie and had the most amazing service from the waitress Irene she really made the experience special for myself and little 3 year girl she really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and entertained my little girl. It was probably the best service I’d ever experience I really can’t praise her enough, I will most definitely be coming back 10/10

Visit the hotel regularly for swimming lessons with my children.

We called into the bar this morning for coffee after a walk with our grandson. Irene, the lady behind the bar was wonderful, very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, she is definitely an asset to the hotel. We will definitely be returning for lunch very soon.

We very recently celebrated our wedding reception here & we have nothing but wonderful things to say! Rochelle, Chris & the team are amazing! Nothing was too much hassle, Rochelle was always on hand answering my questions and calming my nerves! The food was outstanding (so many of our guests complimented the food), the bar staff are so friendly (a special shout-out to Irene who always made our visits special).
As I found out, there’s always last minute changes to food/ guest lists but Rochelle and her team took it in their stride and made the whole experience stress free for myself and now husband!
Our package included a DJ, Clint was wonderful, he played all our requests, was humorous and all round excellent!
The bedrooms where clean, comfortable and very accommodating to our guests who had family rooms
I could go on and on saying wonderful things, it was truly the happiest day of our lives and again I cannot thank Rochelle, Chris and the team enough xx
