Attended a conference here for the second year in a row. A really great venue. Tidy and well looked after with good spaces. For me the highlight was breakfast … a lovely well priced provision. But the standout is the service received. Three ladies were working the breakfast room. The manager, Julie, was particularly lovely. I watched her go around the room and ensure she checked in on everyone in a non intrusive manner. Lovely service and lovely lady. I would have no hesitation on using the venue in future.

I could not be happier with my stay, from start to finish I was impressed with the staff, all of them were extremely friendly and would help with anything I needed.
The hotel was busy with a wedding and a tour but you couldn’t feel this in the service, it just added to a lovely atmosphere in the bar area.
I would like to give a shoutout to Asha, Katie, Joe, James, Ramzan and Rochelle, each of them made my experience special and I look forward to coming back in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff Ramzan & Asha went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Breakfast was amazing would definitely come back, truly memorable. Thank you Ramzan & Asha for going that extra mile and making sure our stay was comfortable.

A really good stay over the weekend, Ramzan and Asha took care of our needs, we requested halal breakfast, and it was arranged for us. Bedrooms are good size and very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and ourselves will be booking whenever we come back.
