On enquiring on the car over the phone, the warm reception received made me want to visit the centre and I wasnt dissappointed with the fullest of attention received on arrival which gave confidence as had bought only new vehicles previously. James McCarthy knows a lot about cars and was refreshingly frank and straightforward to deal with unlike some dealer franchises I had visited previously.

We purchased a Toyata, LandCruiser from McCarthy Cars on a Part Exchange. Very knowledgeable salesman who naturally drove a hard bargain but were very warm with it! There were some issues with the car, cosmetic and mechanically, but James & team have resolved fully and at cost to them. I will definitely be back and would recommend; excellent customer service throughout.

I’ve known and bought cars from McCarthy Cars for many years. They have a good selection of cars, both at the top and bottom end of the market. If I had to sum up McCarthy Cars in one word I would simply say they are genuine. They provided great after car service. Before I went into retirement I had never gone back in years (registration wise) I have always been used to buying really expensive cars but due to finances I decided to go with 2002 X-Trail that you were advertising on the web. Even though it was a cheaper car I was buying this time, the standard of service remained the same. My family have bought cheaper cars from other dealers and when things have gone wrong they’ve been reluctant to help but McCarthy Cars after sales remained the same no matter what the price was. My car doesn’t look like a second hand car it looks brand new, even my wife was really impressed!
